" Merry Christmas"

To one and all

" May the Spirit of Christmas bring the gift of happiness to you"

I wish to express my appreciation to all that have helped me in the last two years by letting me Know that you are there. May you and your family enjoy the gifts of kindness, laughter, and love this holiday season.

My words seem so inadequate but, I do sincerely wish to thank everyone all for another wonderful year of serving you.

My observation of helping people in the first and second year of writing health newsletters. When I started this

newsletter I really had mixed emotions, I wanted to reach out to everyone to try to help them. Not knowing a

thing about writing or publishing starting out in a new Field at the age of 60 petrified me. I really had my doubts

of how I would accomplish this. the first year of writing people informed me of how much they liked the

newsletters and wanted them e-mailed monthly to them. Through them others came this has been very

rewarding to me as Being a person of no knowledge of writing found the way to reach out to everyone gave me

the Courage to continue the second year. The wonderful people that I have met sent me letters of

encouragement saying that they have been helped with the newsletters. Many who were at their last resource

had stressed their appreciation in saying the newsletters helped them in ways they never thought of helping

themselves to change there "Life-Styles" They learned to change there diet for the better. By using the

correct minerals and supplements, and worked exercise into there " Life." "

Thank You so much for letting me know you are out there." Knowing that I have been of help to so many

I will continue next year publishing the LiveingWell health newsletters. In the last year I have asked for

Articles from those who wished to share their experience Of how they have been helped along with recipes

that they would like to share. Next year I will be publishing them along with articles that could be helpful to

everyone. In doing this I hope to widen the knowledge of letting everyone understand the importance of how they

can help themselves.

Honey baths soothe, smooth, heal, and nourish the skin. Honey is slightly antiseptic, so it's a good cleansing

agent as well. Try adding to cup of honey to a hot bath: the heat will disperse it into the water. You can

also add three parts unscented, vegetable soap-based bath gel. Add this blend a few tablespoons at a time for a

natural bubble-bath effect.

Next month "Natural Bubble Baths and essences Oils"

Avoid These for Effectiveness

To give your homeopathic remedies the best chance of working for you, avoid these common substances that

are known to antidote remedies: coffee, camphor, eucalyptus, tea tree oil (Melaluca products), menthol, and mint.

Combing herbs with certain drugs may alter their action or produce unwanted side effects. Tell your health care

practitioner immediately about any prescription or nonprescription drugs you 're taking.
