1. OBSERVATION

"Wow it's here again time just seems to just go by so quickly. And it's the end of 2002 The LiveingWell health

newsletter is Three years young."

I can honestly say this has been and still is the most rewarding three years. I have met a lot of different people

in all walks of life this year again that have shared their Experiences, Joy and Sorrow. Knowing that I was able

to help them to help themselves in changing or improving their "Life-Style" for better has been my greatest

reward.

It has been a blessing in all the knew subscribers that have joined this year and the many who have sent me notes,

letters of encouragement saying that they have been helped with the LiveingWell health newsletters. All those

that have let me know that they really enjoyed the Articles, and how much the newsletters have showed them

how they could improve their way of life through out the years.

In the New Year 2003 to come I will continue with the liveingwell health newsletters.

Wishing you the very best thoughtout the coming New year.

Lily

2. Herbal:

Jasmine Instead Of Viagra

Jasmine essential oil is often used to treat mild depression and anxiety. It is also useful as an aphrodisiac. Add

a few drops to a small amount of massage oil for a relaxing yet stimulating massage. Add a few drops of

Jasmine oil to an aromatherapy oil diffuser to create an intimate mood for your loved one.

5. FACTS & TIPS :

FREQUENT YEAST INFECTIONS

If you're a woman who has frequent yeast infections, sugar may be the culprit. Studies have found that women

who eat a lot of sweet foods, no matter the source, are more prone to yeast infections. Sweets raise the sugar

level in the bloodstream, resulting in a receptive environment for the growth of yeast. Be sure to work with

your physician or OB on a good treatment plan that includes both lowering your sugar intake and improving

your overall nutrition.
