Change of life or as most call it changes.

Changes refer to the time in a woman's life when her menstrual cycle tapers off and ends. Typically this "change of life" happens between the

ages of 45 and 50, but it can happen much earlier or a few years later. Thin women, malnourished women, women who smoke, or have had a

complete hysterectomy all have a significantly earlier menopause. Higher altitudes also speed up the onset of menopause. Thinking your family

history or the age at which you started having your periods doesn't influence the onset. Understanding what is happening gives you the power to

deal with these natural changes. In your voyage through these uncharted waters not everyone gets all the symptoms of menopause or PMS. It is

a silent intruder that can creep up into your well-ordered world. Altering your estrogen and progesterone levels when that happens, periods

become irregular sometimes more frequent and heavier than they were during you're normal cycle, sometimes less frequent and lighter. Months

are skipped altogether. In other words marking the calendar - those days are over. You learn to carry supplies wherever you go. Below are the

symptoms, In the herbal section are herbs that have been know to help the situations. Also tips on Aromatherapy relations'.
