1.MAGNESIUM:

Very few people are aware of the enormous role magnesium plays in our bodies.  After oxygen, water and basic

food, magnesium may be the most important element needed by our bodies. So vitally important, yet hardly

known.  Magnesium is by far the most important mineral in the body. Activating over 300 different biochemical

reactions all necessary for the body to function properly. Magnesium is more important than calcium,

potassium or sodium as it regulates all three of them. When we get too low on oxygen, water or food, the

consequences are serious.  Yet, we often don't realize the consequences of magnesium deficiency.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY?

Millions suffer daily and don't  realize that any of this is caused by lack of Magnesium Inability to sleep,

fatigue, body tension, headaches, difficulties with the heart, low energy, PMS, muscle tension, and backaches.

 Other conditions are bowel imbalances, calcification of organs, weakening bones, accelerated aging, feelings of

despair, hopelessness, changes in normal heartbeat, needless worrying, nervousness, tightening of the muscles,

irritability, etc. Due to misleading information presented in common magnesium texts.  90-95% of the

population is deficient, or below healthy levels, including many of those who already use magnesium.  Why?  

Magnesium is largely misunderstood, and greatly missused and the problem remains undetected.  The use of

Magnesium today is often incorrect, resulting in frequent failures to improve common conditions and

complaints.  One reason is this Calcium needs magnesium in order to assimilate into the body. However, when

too much Calcium is consumed, it will pull magnesium out of body parts in order to assimilate.   This creates a

magnesium deficiency and the person will get worse and feel accordingly.  Fact: this can occur with people who

drink pasteurize milk.  Milk is about 8 parts calcium to 1 part magnesium and will create a deficiency in

Magnesium.

SOMETHING WE ALL NEED TO KNOW, IS IT A STROKE?

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify.   Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke

victim may suffer brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke. Now doctors say a bystander can recognize

a stroke by asking three simple questions:

If he or she has trouble with any of these tasks, call 9-1-1  After discovering that a group of nonmedical volunteers could identify

facial weakness, arm weakness and speech problems, researchers urged the  general public to learn the three questions. They presented their

conclusions at the American Stroke Association's annual meeting last February.

Widespread use of this test could result in prompt diagnosis and treatment of the stroke and prevent brain damage.
