BATHS FROM THE SEA:

Sea Salt containing salt and seaweed extract is particularly helpful in relaxing tired muscles and joints at the

always use essential oils diluted in oil I prefer Olive oil. Most massage therapist prefer almond oil. Use only
essential oils, Synthetic oils won't hurt you, but all they have is fragrance.
Only essential oils contain the therapeutic properties that were originally in the herbs.
Formula for bath.
Kombu
If you use Kombu, soak the seaweed in a separate bowl of warm tap water (just enough to cover) before
crawling into the tub. Them apply the slippery gel from the kombu to your skin. You'll feel it's skin softening
effect right away.
Dulse flakes
Add two parts dulse flakes to one part sea salts soak in tub.
Sea Salt
Use approximately ¼ cup of sea salts per bath. For oils add 3 to 5 drops of a favorite essential oil to the sea
salts before adding to the bath.
Formula for baths in larger quantities.
Use 20 drops or less of essential oils per cup of salts. Keep in safe place for that special time. (Remember

RECIPE
From your garden this is a Great side dish.
Or fresh from the Organic store Sliced Zucchini,
Serves 4
2 medium Zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Onion, sliced
1 cup Tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 Tablespoons Basil, fresh, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Parmesan, grated
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Add the zucchini, onion,
and garlic. Cook until just soft. Toss in the tomatoes and
basil. Cook for 2 minutes. Check the seasonings. Remove
from the heat and sprinkle on the cheese. Serve warm.
